Customer Service is Outstanding. Very clean and safe facility with 2 elevators and parking space. Also, shipping supplies, including locks, are available for purchase. Office Hours and Facility hours are very convenient. This is a very self sufficient storage facility. Highly recommended Thanks, Diana

Arrived five minutes before closing due to heavy traffic to pick up the keys to the unit. Instead of closing promptly at 06:00, the team at StorageMart ensured that I was completely satisfied with the unit selected. Great customer service!

The facility was very clean and full of friendly faces. Camy was very helpful at the front desk and so was Jorge in helping us locate our unit. Feels safe and has great functioning air conditioner. Very convenient as well

Called to inquire about prices (which seem fair) and gave out my phone number by mistake. I have been called every single day since! I understand one courtesy follow-up call but the never ending calls are so annoying I will take my business elsewhere.

Gilla Henry which is the manager greeted me with a very nasty attitude and did not wanted to address my needs,she just kept arguing and when I asked her to stop arguing she called Jorge one of the staff members to help me even though I insisted that she should be nice and rent me the space that I needed,nonetheless Jorge was very courteous and professions unlike GILLA who was extremely rude and harsh,I hope that this lady don't take this job for granted and be nice to the customers as she ought to be.....

CAUTION - Bate and Switch - Their internet listed price for a 10 x 10 was $156 a month - I called and confirmed the price over the telephone with the manager - However, when I went there the next day the same manager (who actually remembered talking with me) increased the price to $190 per month - these are not the type people I want to do business with and they lost a long term multi year client - not an honest way to do business

The Place is Perfect but the phone is a lose of time never works in the morning I call a couple of time form a different phone and it's sounds like disconnected so I have to lose my time and come to the store when I tell to the lady at the from she was like ohhh our phone it's working in a real rude way and I tell why would I come here if the cell phone were working well I don't know but the cell phone it does work and this is no the first time this happens so if u guys come here forget about call to make changes and don't even think on tell her that the phone dosent work cause uyyyy she's gonna scream at u is a really good place with a but customer service I WOULD NEVER BE BACK

The worst service and treatment! I rented a unit here but access was not even granted until days after renting. Im supposed to have access when I pay right. I let that slide yet the days were counting down. Well now that I want to vacate they quickly blocked my access on the holiday when they were closed and I didnt even have a month there. Not caring that I started bringing my things towards the end of renting the unit as they wasted the beginning rental days without access. Besides this, I had a lot of expenses because I had to change the move day which was all planned according to rental day. Anyways, now they want to charge me in the $400s-$500s for another whole month when I didn't even have a month there when locked. I spoke to them and to the manager but they dont care what I have to say. No one explained anything to me as I arrived in the afternoon near their closing time. The manager asked if I have a lock on the door. Why of course I do if my access was blocked. I cant vacate and I cant remove the lock to have them rent it to someone else. All I want is to vacate and not be billed for a month when I havent used my unit for that long. Overall very bad service, I went to the storage location to speak to them. I called and left voicemails that were never addressed. I also called to be transferred to them and sometimes they dont pickup. I dislike that the number for this location doesnt direct me straight to their office. They also said they would return my call but if I wouldnt have called them back they dont return it. I was spoken to rudely and they raised their voices. Im not trying to argue but they seem to want to argue when I just want to resolve this. (Negative reviews below mention the same about Gilla) The trick here is to block your access and have you pay late but I was not late. Theyre making it seem that way. Now of course by not trying to help me the days will just continue to pass. They are closed tomorrow Jul 8 and I still cant vacate. This is a sad thing to do and not good customer service at all.
