Just started renting an office recently, very easy and clear directions how to get paper work to rent unit. The main desk people, Addie and Den'A, are very easy to talk to and have great customer satisfaction. They are quick to resolve any problems and assure you that you are happy with your rental choice. Clean units. Decent Insulation between rooms. Good Prices.

************************* UPDATE as of 10/23/17 ********************* After being contacted by Jerry Power from All Aboard, I can say I WILL be renting from All Aboard again. I submitted a letter to the corporate office on a Friday afternoon and was contacted Monday. Jerry was very helpful and patient, I asked for my rental fees to be reimbursed and that's exactly what happened. I was unable to make it to the corporate office before 5:00 pm, so Jerry met me after work with check in hand that same Monday. Though I did have a bad experience at the Nova branch, Jerry and the All Aboard corporate team delivered true to their wonderful reputation. They made it right and kept a loyal customer. The corporate team is a shining example of what other companies should follow. CEO Andy Clark has chosen a top notch corporate leadership team and it shows! ****************************************************************** I was a bit concerned because this was the lowest rated of all the branches, but as a college student, I decided to rent since the location was convenient. Everything seemed fine until I received a call over the summer that the company had done pressure washing and water had gotten into my unit. Being out of town, I was unable to return and inspect my belongings. Arriving back in August to move my belongings out, I opened my unit to severe mold and water damage. It appeared as if they had pressure washed along the ceiling gap, showering my belongings in water and bug nest debris. I thought Ok, since it was caused by All Aboard, the management will make this right. I was severely mistaken. I entered the office to inform them of the damage. Never once did the staff or management get up from the desk and inspect the damage with me. I was simply directed to the insurance pamphlets along the wall. The lack of interest from the staff was surprising. Their first response was to shed responsibility and remind me that I signed a rental contract that meant that All Aboard storage is not liable for ANY damage caused to my belongingseven if it was caused by THEM! Fortunately, (or so I thought) I had purchased the insurance through an external company Xercor. But wait theres more!!! While the insurance claim processed, I was instructed to keep all the damaged property on site. Before the 1st of the month (when storage rent is due), I informed the management at All Aboard of the situation. I was told I would have to pay for another unnecessary month (nearly $90) to store my ruined belongs while the claim processed. Unsurprisingly, the insurance (Xercor) refused to cover a large amount of the damaged items, since the mold damage coverage maxes out at $500 minus a $100 deductible. To sum it up, the ratings and reviews for this branch speak for themselves. Probably one of the worst companies Ive ever dealt with. The management has very poor customer service skills and seems quite uninterested in making return customers. There was never an attempt by the management to reach out to rectify the situation. I am skeptical that the management ever reported this issue to the owner of the company. If you plan on storing irreplaceable items, avoid this place at all costs. After attempting to salvage some moldy items I felt very sick, even after wearing gloves and a mask. Mold is a serious health risk, I could only imagine how much worse it could have been If Id been elderly. In addition to the health risks, I incurred costs after having to pay someone to dispose of my moldy items. I would have been better off storing by belongings in a roadside ditch. They would have been less damaged and I would have saved $600. I will update this post if any attempt is made by the management to resolve this dispute.

This is the 2nd time in 2 years that my stuff was flood at this location. The first time was due to a bad rain storm, and the one bldg must be in a flood plain, and sho I ld have never been given an occupancy certificate by the Port Orange building codes office. And the second time, which happened over the weekend, was due to a faulty fire sprinkler. The worst part was the attitude of the staff, like you are asking them to jump over the moon, and they have received absolutely no customer service skills training whatsoever. Mgmt informed me via email on Sunday, yet they didn't have the courtesy to take phone calls ty o answer any question. And I got there this morning and any help whatsoever was totally abscent. They are totally lame. I wish I could get out of this place. They have a total disregard for their customers, the people that pay their bills. They must be either arrogant or totally lame. If I could find the owner of this joint, I'd like to give him a good kick in the pants/ass. Avoid renting from this outfit if you can.

Horrible front desk personal attitudes!!! Definitely needs a class in customer service, their take it or leave it attitudes suck. We were sent there by another facility off Nova that was so courteous and understanding to our needs, only to be met with Ms Why are you bothering me Attitudes!!
