New, clean, spacious facility. Convenient with carts and access until 10pm. They made effort to make it as easy as possible for my needs: a climate controlled 10x10 right in front of the garage door because I was storing for only a few days. Great first month promo. Has everything you need for packing and moving.

Very impressive facility and good deal with the first month free. We're doing an extensive remodeling project requiring the need to move a floor of furniture to storage it made since since it is close to our house. We would recommend to anyone who needs a storage facility short or long term.

It was easy to reserve the storage unit online with the first month free. The attendant renting the unit to me was helpful, well-informed, accommodating, and patient. The storage unit was clean with a cart for moving items readily available near the garage door entrance. Lighting in the facility was excellent with some lights being motion-censor activated. After hours access was simple and easy.

Don Youngstrum was most helpful in helping us coordinate my Daughter's move from Dallas, TX to Prairie Village, KS. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. When I met Don and saw his facility, I realized this was a very legit business. It is well lit, Very VERY clean. Don helped me find a unit that fit both my storage capacity needs and location within the unit--I am carrying boxes myself, so location matters! He is extremely professional and at that same time understanding and kind when you're in the frenzied frame of mind that is such a part of moving. The location of his facility is easily accessible from many directions--which means even in rush hour, there is a route to get you there quickly. I'd recommend Don and this StorageMart location on 91st and Metcalf to everyone who needs a little sanity in the transition of moving.

The facility is off the charts great! It is very clean, well monitored, easy to access and well managed. The office staff are professional and easy to work with. The layout of the entry / exit points make for easy moving in and out. I recommend it highly. It is worth the money.

This has been a very positive experience right from the start. We were helped right away by several people on the phone and in person. We had a storage unit rented in a few minutes and were on our way. The units are clean, dry, easily accessible and climate controlled. Very nice. To say the least, we are well pleased.

Very courteous, and knowledgeable staff. I didn't have a lot of time to spend filling out paperwork and signing documents, before moving my stuff. The staff was very perceptive and picked up on my time constraint right away. They were efficient, and made the process as fast as possible. In addition to the staff being very pleasant to work with, the facility was clean and quiet. I would recommend this facility. I truly appreciate the great customer service!

My storage experience at StorageMart at 91st and Metcalf was excellent. I had the storage space for two years after downsizing homes. Every time I visited the space I felt safe and felt my storage space was secure. It was also comforting to have the same manager that I opened the storage unit with be the same manager that walked me thru the closing out of the storage space. I highly recommend StorageMart for your storage needs.

The manager Don goes above and beyond. I stopped by one night at closing as he shut the lights off and told him my situation in need of a storage unit and he stayed and helped get me all set up with one. He was friendly and still had excellent customer service even after having to stay late. Very clean and I always felt that my belongings were safe!

Back in October 2017, Storage Mart rented out one of their climate controlled units neighboring my unit whos occupants took it upon themselves to enter the facility 15 minutes prior to closing at 10 pm. They parked inside the climate controlled garage and used selfie sticks to look over the units and decide which units contents they wanted to break into and steal. I lost over 100k in possessions and the management never notified me. It wasnt until 2 months later that I found I had been a victim when I went to store a few more items and realized a different lock was on my unit. The management wasnt surprised and immediately clipped my lock off without verifying my identity only to see everything I entrusted and dear like childhood items, memories, and belongs gone and destroyed. Adding to this, I was told they had Secirity cameras, motion detection, and great security. All these promises failed. To add insult, the unit the suspects had rented had personal belongings and even paperwork with my name on it and the management says they will only hold belongings for 30 days. I could have retrieved some of my memories but because the management didnt want to see the paperwork with my name plainly in sight or say come check your unit as we have had some break ins I lost that opportunity as well. Obviously I wasnt the renter of the suspects unit and neither the police or the storage unit management could be bothered to reach out or check my name against the list of tenants. The management here has directed me to corporate and despite weeks of repeated attempts at resolution, they find no fault with keeping break ins from their tenants, turning the other way when there is paperwork clearly marked with a tenants first and last name and additional sensitive info on it, and then falling back to hide behind a lease. If you have something happen, know their primary concern appears to be about their bottom dollar and liability protection. Not providing a customer with a safe and secure environment even though they may claim this. I wouldnt sign any waivers from them as this removes any ability for recourse, and their insurance coverage is limited to $15,000. This is not a stand up company in my opinion and after being told by several customer service reps I would be called back, sadly this too is too much to ask. And as a side note, you are also required to sign a slip relieving the company of any company liability or fault if you want your insurance money. Not very professional, secure, or honest way of doing business in my opinion. Its the most humiliating, unclean feeling to be broken into, even more so when the business says its not their fault and you should be checking in on things that doesnt sit well. Especially when you entrust a business to do the right thing, and months after the break in, they have changed nothing in how the business protects itself from this happening again. Disgusting. I spent almost 2000 in 6 months to have a total loss of everything I put in there being damaged or stolen.

I'd suggest you look me up within your database and call me back or follow up on any of the emails that have already been sent. Your reply is a poor attempt at saving face so others interpret this action as customer service, which it isn't. This review will stay at a 1 Star as confirmation you have not reached out and until resolution of the matter concluded. Hopefully it also prevents others from the same unfortunate circumstance I have suffered, at no assistance of storage marts.

Ridiculously expensive. I rent a 10 x 10 space and its $140.00/month, if you are 10 days late they charge you $50 in late fees. With as many storage places there are around this area I don't see how they can charge so much in fee's. Its should be a crime to charge that much in usery fee's. I will never rent from Storage Mart again.

Very customer centric. I was told by your VP to get an attorney and sue. Ive forwarded the matter to the news and they called me back that same day. At least someone has interest in protecting customers.
