I've had the experience of working with Carol and she was very sweet. She was patient being that this was my first time looking to rent storage pace. She took her time to help me look for the right one and was very knowledgeable. The experience was awesome I would definitely reccommend her to anyone. She works with you and she's super sweet. The plus with working with such helpful people is their handsome dog Baxter

Excellent customer service I love how clean each unit was that they showed me prior to making my decision upon which unit I was going to rent I left the easy payments how I can pay online or on the phone or I can walk in to make a payment and get a friendly smile whenever I make a payment. I am confident and all of my belongings are safe especially being in the gated community I also have a peace of mind knowing that I have insurance on everything in my storage I would not choose any place else they go above and beyond

This team is so wonderful to work with. Quite knowledgeable and very happy to take care of each customer like family. Seems as if I had known them my entire life on the first visit. I had gotten a unit on a Saturday. The managers were not in the office. A gentleman met me right away and showed me around immediately. Again he was so helpful and didn't mind showing me his full attention. Great employee you have there! The facility is always clean and well maintained. Highly recommended if you need that extra storage!

Carol and Steve are very helpful. The facility is always clean and staff is courteous and helpful. I have been renting a spot since moving to the area and would recommend Jack Rabbit Self Storage to anyone.

Great customer service! When I originally rented two years ago, I didnt realize how much stuff I had to store. They accommodated me very quickly with the larger unit and gave me a window of time to move my things without charging me extra. They send email reminders for when my payment is due, and they take my payments over the phone. Very convenient. They also have good security. I never have to worry about my precious items. I know theyre safe!

This is a excellent place to rent a storage unit from. The owner was so helpful that I felt like I suppose to tip her or buy her lunch. She explained everything clearly, and showed me around the place. If you want to rent a storage unit from people that care and not just trying to make a profit. This is the place.

We have been renting from this location for 3 years now. Carol and Steve (managers) have been great, always helpful and knowlegeable about their different size units. We store our home stuff in one climate controlled and have two big units for our business. And they always are on a first name basis with their customers. I appreciate that personal touch. I would recommend anyone to rent from this location.

Great facility! Always clean and secure. The units are easily accessible and accommodating to large moving trucks to enter. Steve and Carol are amazing and do a wonderful job running the property! You feel like part of the family here. Highly recommend!!!

Poor customer service from management? My mother in-law had furniture moved into the Jack Rabbit storage unit. and was charged extra the next day, Hidden cost for insurance. It would cost us more on the storage rent per month also paying to move out to another storage company would be outrageous. What kind of scam is this? Taking advantage of the elderly 70 year old woman. I called and was told by another employee "I am Tired of talking with you" and hung up on me after trying to get them to correct it. You tell me the next day I will have to pay more when her personal belonging are already in your space?
